Tim Reed, PGA
As a PGA Professional my number one goal has always been to help golfers to gain a better understanding of their swings, and with that understanding enjoy the great game of golf a little better.
As a competitor I was able to experience a decent bit of success in my playing days by achieving the distinction of being a Division II Collegiate All American in 2006, along with winning the 2007 NFPGA East Central Chapter Apprentice Championship. The main thing that I always focused on as a player was not overpowering a golf course, but rather by understanding my strengths and my weaknesses as a player and playing to my strengths. This method is the way in which I have always coached my students. I was able to attain my Class A with the PGA of America in 2012 and I have served in multiple roles in the golf industry at Walt Disney World Golf, The Club at Eaglebrooke, and teaching clinics to preschool and elementary aged children in Clermont, FL. I do not believe that there is one perfect swing that everyone should strive to duplicate. However, I do believe that each individual has their own perfect swing and through training and repetition they can achieve their goals.
Personally I have been married to an amazing woman, Beth, for 7 years and we have a spoiled brat Brittany Spaniel that is 6 years old. Beth and I are also expecting our first child in November, and we could not be happier with the journey that we have been blessed to travel.
